Daniel B. Mathis Presents Royalty Mispayment Seminar

Arlington, Texas – C&H attorney Daniel B. Mathis presented a royalty mispayment seminar to an oil and gas client in Houston, Texas on Tuesday, October 11, 2011.  The seminar focused on common oil and gas royalty mispayment scenarios, including the operator’s payment obligations and recoupment rights in the event of payment errors.  Approximately 50 attorneys, landmen, division order analysts, and other oil and gas professionals attended the seminar, which enabled them to receive continuing legal education credit.  At C&H, Mr. Mathis is a member of the firm’s Oil & Gas and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
