Logan W. Simmons Joins Curnutt & Hafer

as a Litigation Associate

Arlington, Texas - Curnutt & Hafer is pleased to announce that Logan W. Simmons has joined the firm as a litigation associate. Mr. Simmons received his law degree in 2007 from the University of Texas School of Law. While at UT Law, Mr. Simmons was a Townes-Rice Scholar (full academic scholarship), an editor of the Texas Review of Law and Politics, and a member of the Christian Legal Society. Mr. Simmons focused his law school coursework in the area of civil litigation. At Curnutt & Hafer, Mr. Simmons' practice will focus on business, oil and gas, and franchise litigation.
