Mathis and Simmons Elected to Young Lawyers Board of Directors

Arlington, Texas – Curnutt & Hafer, L.L.P. is pleased to announce that associates Daniel B. Mathis and Logan W. Simmons have been elected to leadership positions within the Arlington Young Lawyers Association (“AYLA”).  Mr. Mathis is the new AYLA Vice President, and Mr. Simmons has been named a Director.  Both Mr. Mathis and Mr. Simmons were installed during a ceremony held May 13, 2010 at the Shady Valley Golf Club in Arlington, Texas. The Honorable Fred W. Davis, senior judge (retired), introduced the new AYLA Board and administered the oath.  AYLA is the young lawyers division of the Arlington Bar Association.  Membership is restricted to lawyers thirty-six (36) years of age or younger or who have been licensed to practice law not more than five years.
